After You Sign-Up:

  1. We will reach out within 2 business days to schedule your bin delivery, introduce ourselves, and go over our service

  2. Get an introductory email letting you know everything we take

  3. We text you the night before your pick-up to remind you we are coming the next day to pick-up your recyclables
